Our Menus




















The menus we propose are always personalised and vary according to the occasion and number of guests, giving priority to dishes based on fresh and ingredients which are in season.

We also have menus based entirely on organic products, gluten-free menus for people with celiac disease, or menus tailored for people with food intolerances or food allergies.

Most of our main ingredients (flours, meats, pulses, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, wines) come from small to medium farms in our area, grown with organic and conventional methods, with the aim of promoting the local Umbrian and Tuscan products as well as a “zero miles” ideology, using local and in season products which do not travel long distances to reach our tables.
