Ali di Mela is a home chef service which naturally evolved from the life-long friendship and professional cooking careers of Barbara Sellari, Stefania Olivo and Romana Ciubini. All three women share a love for cooking, which they consider an art in all aspects: from the selection of the ingredients, to the preparation of the dishes, to the setting of the table and the selection of wine. The Tuscan-Umbrian border origins shared by the three cooks accounts for their insight into the traditional cuisine of this area, which they have enriched and diversified over the years with their knowledge of other cuisine, having lived and travelled extensively in France, Spain, Guadalupe, the United States and India. In creating the menus, the main focus is always on the tastes and needs of the client, together with their constant research of combinations of new trends and tradition, combinations of innovative techniques and long-forgotten recipes. The priority of Ali di Mela is the desire to offer their expertise and know-how to let you live a magical experience to be shared with friends and loved-ones, to offer you an emotion which satisfies your senses as well as your soul.
